We’re excited that you're interested in becoming a member of HOPE for Hidalgo County, Inc. We want to ensure registration is as easy as possible, so here are a few insights to help you with the process.

Registration Windows:

HOPE has two membership enrollment windows.
Our Fall (year long) Membership usually takes place between late May and August.

Registration starts with early registration for current members. Followed by the regular registration window open to new, returning, and legacy members. There is usually a short late registration window in July and/or August, but this comes with a significantly higher membership cost, so please keep that in mind.

We also have a Spring semester-only registration window that usually takes place in late December or January. **Please note, this is not a full year membership, you will be required to renew registration in the fall during our full year registration window.**

----If you are reaching out to us outside of these designated enrollment windows, please understand that your application will be declined. You will be invited to come back and apply again during open enrollment.----

Religious Consideration:

We are a religious based organization, so we do require voting members to agree with and accept our Constitution and ByLaws, including a Statement of Faith.

Registration Form:

By filling out the registration form you are submitting an application for membership pending approval by the HOPE Executive Committee. Please allow 7 business days to process your application.

****Please note for registration and membership purposes, the "Primary Parent" should be the parent that will be most involved in HOPE activities and committees.**** The "Secondary parent" should be the spouse. If possible, please complete spaces for each spouse. If you are a single parent household, please put N/A in spouse sections.

After your application is approved, HOPE will send you an approval email including an invoice for the membership fee. Once your registration payment is complete you will have full access to the resources and community of HOPE!

Payment Instructions

Invoices are due upon receipt.

Please pay close attention to the payment deadline for your specific registration window. The date and deadline to pay will be included in your invoice.

If you miss the payment deadline for your unique membership rate, at the close of that payment window, your rate will automatically go up to the next membership price point.

You are able to complete payment online using a credit card or debit card. The system does access a 3% processing fee. But once payment is completed you'll get access to HOPE resources immediately.

You may also pay by check. Mail to: HOPE for Hidalgo County, Inc, PO Box 720573, McAllen, TX 78504 Please allow 3-5 business days for check to arrive in our mailbox and and additional 5 - 7 business days for payment to clear.
